After some pretty tough matches, 4 States are left competing for 3 USA Spots in the World Cup of Poker. Here are the results for the 1st and Quarter-Final Rounds.
1st Round Results:
California defeats West Virginia 3 to 1.
New Mexico defeats Massachusetts 3 to 1.
Georgia defeats Rhode Island 3 to 2 in a tiebreaker match.
Montana defeats Kentucky 3 to 1.
Colorado defeats Connecticut 3 to 1.
Oregon sweeps Maine 4 to 1.
Louisiana defeats Illinois 3 to 2 in a tiebreaker match.
Iowa defeats Wyoming 3 to 1.
Quarter-Final Round Results:
Oregon defeats New Mexico 3 to 1.
Iowa defeats Montana 3 to 2 in a tiebreaker match.
Georgia defeats Louisiana 3 to 1.
California defeats Colorado 3 to 1.
The 4 remaining teams are Oregon, Iowa, Georgia, and California. Each team needs 1 win to move onto the Finals in London. Stay tuned to see who goes and who stays.
